Bad news is I have to go to Florida until Nov 16th.     I could go any day after that if there is no ice.  Luckily my boat is happy inside a garage ready to go.  Hoping the Black Friday Bass Trip is going to happen if the lake is not froze.   Still have nightmares from the time we did that.

Always fun to get in a very cold winter fishing trip to the Hot Pond! Especially after everything is freezing up and you've given up all hope that any fishing won't be on hard water! Nice cabin fever breaker!

No idea anymore how to tell what the weather is going to do. The 'weather' people don't know. Who else can we ask??

I look at several forecasts - which usually contradict each other. I guess what might actually happen. I plan to go somewhere and cross my fingers that their forecast erros don't lead to a day I regret going...

I doubt it's frozen yet... Lakes around me are not. And Bolles  is SOUTH of me.

I am out for tomorrow.   Going to try and go Black Friday if the weather holds out.  the Walleye guys are still getting out so It must be open.
