2019 Ultimate Fishing Show Detroit Volunteers Schedule

Below is the volunteer schedule for the 2019 Ultimate Fishing Show Detroit. Volunteers who work at least 2 hours will get a free exhibitor pass to the show that is good for the whole show. I can only give passes to persons who help at the booth so please stay at the booth and help out during your time(s)! I will need extra help on Saturday during the Ultimate Bass Clinic between 2pm and 5pm for the 2-hour seminar.

We could use 2 helpers for ~30 minutes after the show ends Sunday for tearing down, and packing the booth and materials into my car. That would be awesome if you can help!?! All volunteers will be added for a year to the special GLBass Friends group if not already in there. And you will have my eternal thanks and appreciation!

BOOTH VOLUNTEERS SUMMARY
You will get more details in the private volunteers area of the forum. You will be able to see it once I add you to the temporary show group. I will state a few things now. I need people who can talk to others in an outgoing, friendly fashion about joining the websites - mostly GreatLakesBass.com and GreatLakesIceFishing.com, handing out stuff and just answering general questions about fishing. NO ALCOHOL in the booth. No sales or giveaways of items not pre-approved by me before the show.

This is only a 10x10 booth so there's not a lot of room for extra friends, family and stuff in the booth. Please NO extra people behind the table or blocking the table front who are not on the volunteer list. I expect a busy show so I am shooting for 2 to 3 people at the booth during the busiest prime times - the show is BIGGER this year!! The schedule can be adjusted some to accommodate people willing to help who can't fit one of the existing time slots. THANK YOU!!!!

You do NOT have to be an 'expert' to answer these questions, and hopefully, any of you can do a GREAT job explaining to people why they might enjoy signing up FREE for GreatLakesBass.com - so they can learn MORE and SHARE their own fishing stories!

Who doesn't like a good story?!? We all have something worth sharing! That's what is great about fishing!

I probably zapped him while we were swapping lists. Mike is kind of like a wild card. He's going to be coming and going all 4 days barring unexpected surprises. Mike is helping me with the list, and he helped me set up today. THANKS MIKE!!

Yes it changed to 3113. Booth 3362 no longer exists so it wouldn't work too well...

Are you looking at the Showspan site to get that old booth number?? I did upload a new image yesterday to this website. I was surprised to see Showspan did update the booth number on my online account when I logged in last night. Of course... I don't usually log in and check that anymore by this late date but if I had... guess I would have known they moved me... was fun talking to mikesmiph on the phone while he was trying to find the old booth!!

I think you're talking about the online show program on the Showspan.com website. That has not been updated. It may have been printed before they made changes.

Don't know how many booth changes have been made but I also know there are some new empty booths because ALL of the federal government-related booths will not be manned due to the federal government shutdown.
