As you know Nemesis is always working to create new and innovative baits and ways to make thing better, our new jigs add to this philosophy with a new way of attaching (and keeping attached) your trailer. We have some working prototypes done now so here are some pics of the brand new "Upskirt Jig":

The trailer keeper is a molded in screw lock to keep the plastic secure when coming through weeds. We are still perfecting the paint process and choosing skirts, but let us know your thoughts and watch for pictures coming soon of our grass jig!

Cool.
Way to go guys.
Put me down for  the weights and colors that you and Brian suggest for Woodland, and Kent lakes.
Learning to do jigs is my goal for this up coming season.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

Those are awesome!  Love the head shape, especially the way the line tie leads into the head.  Great keeper too.

Now, I need a good dirty, ugly green/brown pumkin.  The kinda color you turn in the light trying to see if its really brown or green.

And a trailer to match.  With a few purple flakes too.

Sweet jigs.  I'm gonna wear a few out.  LOL

Got ya covered on the skirt color.  we have one we are working on called fugly that is very good looking.  and its definatly the kinda color you have to turn in the light to see if its brown or green or what.  i will bring one for you if we end up doing the ultimate show.  if not, i will get one out in the mail for you.

Awesome looking jigs! PB&J, black/blue and watermelon/red in a quarter ounce size and I'll be set! How soon will they be out?

Yeah, that sounds like a color I can certainly abuse around here!!

So Mac, Bender, are you going to be at the show in Novi??
Addicted to fishing.  All the time, any species, anywhere!!  Especially in West Michigan!!!

Dan

Hey Bender, I know where there is a cabin in Michigan's beautiful northwest corner that just might be available in exchange for a supply of jigs. Acutally I already invited you, and that's before I realize that you make some awesome jigs.

Do they come in a value-pak ?  ::) I would like some in mid  Febuary, if posible . I like the design , good work . I feel strangely connected to Fugly, some-how, weird .

As far as the Ultimate fishing show goes, we are working on it.  We should know for sure later today whether or not we will be there.  I would really like to be there.  We bought a few things just in case, like peg board and pegs to hang baits up on.  Hopefully we can get a banner in time.

Value-pak?  Maybe in the future.  Right now, making the jigs is tedious work.  We have had to make our own modifications to the mold to be able to incoprporate the spring lock trailer keeper.  And you can imagine how hard it is to get a skirt over a stainless steel spring.  But i assure you that the jigs will be affordably priced.  We will not be one of those companys charging $5.00 - $6.00 dollars for jigs.

With what you are getting ( premium mustad ultra point hooks, cured pro-tec painted heads, premium silicone, starflash, and/or hydro silk skirts, wire tired skirts, and the best trailer keeper on the planet ) they will be very reasonably priced.  I hear they make great stocking stuffers, too.

We have hooks and skirts coming in hopefully early this week so we will get busy assembling jigs.  We will offer 5-6 colors to start including Black, Black & blue, PB&J, Crawdad, Fugly, and something else that isnt coming to mind at the moment.  I dont want to get too crazy with skirts.  One thing i have noticed being a jig fisherman is that its always a handful of colors that are sold out in tackle stores while dozens of others sit on the shelves.  We want to stick with what works and not get side tracked by crazy colors that only appeal to a couple anglers.

We are excited, not only to have this jig for ourselves to use, but also to offer it to our customers.  the only down side is that we cant fish it right now.  I want to fish it.  Maybe i can sneak into lake ultimate or the hog trough if we do the show and give it a few casts ;D

Sounds like a deal, a  "True Value" jig for sure . How about white ?

McCarter

i will get you some white ones, but i get another ride in the Z520 again next season.  Deal?

You and Bender are always welcome in my boat , I enjoyed fishing with both of you guys . How about Lake Toho in Feb ?Air fares are cheap right now.

McCarter

Actually might be going down there in Feb to hook up with "The Garz".  He is down there guiding on okeechobee and other area lakes until Michigan thaws out.  We will get together and figure out when we will be there and definatly hook up if its at the same time.
