D&R Sports seminar this Thursday... who's coming with me??

Last weeks seminar on Top Water was pretty informative and I enjoyed it.

I wonder if there's a marina around the Brighton/Howell area that might consider something similar?....

Yea, I could go for that. BPS holds seminars too. I went to one last year on Oakland/Woodhall lake  in Waterford. It was informative with maps & Hot spots.

I'll be heading down as well.  See you all down there if you go.  I think I'll be taking my trolling motor down to have it repaired when I go.  I guess it is probably the best time of the year for that.

Cy and Dude said it was not worth attending.  Thank God this one is put on my another fisherman.  A BASS pro no less.

You miss quoted me WF!  I didn't say that it wasn't worth it, I said that he didn't stick to topic.  Miles was a good speaker and was interesting to listen too and had some good stories, however he didn't stick to topic.  I would not consider it a wast of time, I was hoping for more tips on eliminating dead water but I had a good time.

BTW, I will not be able to make this Thursday.

Hey guys, I'm doing the electronics seminar at D&R on Feb 12.  I'd like to know what you guys want to hear about.  Randy has asked me to focus on side imaging, but I plan on including some other cool new stuff too.  What are some things you guys would like me to cover?

I would like to hear about some of the advanced features of today's electronics.  For example, I have had a SI unit for a year now and have learned to use it rather well I think, but I'm sure there are things I don't know.  I guess I would like to see some advanced info and techniques mixed in with the "required" basic info.

How about linking 2 ' birds together?  Fine tuning the sonar for specific situations?  What about this weather thing??
