Anyone watching Mark Romanack's Fishing 411 TV show? It's on the Sportsman Channel on cable. An entertaining fishing show covering all around fishing for the angler who likes all kinds of fishing (many of us). He's recently done ice fishing for big bluegills, walleyes in the Saginaw River and smallies on Lake St. Clair.

Click Fishing 411 time slots on the Sportsman Channel for show times. I like to support the home grown shows put on by home grown anglers.

Show Info from the Fishing 411 web site:
Join outdoor writer, professional fisherman, the author of Precision Trolling and now TV host Mark Romanack each week for angling adventures on Fishing 411 television.

Each week Mark Romanack and his guests travel to a different location and focus on catching your favorite species. The action on Fishing 411 centers on walleye, smallmouth, salmon, steelhead, perch, pike, muskie, panfish and other popular freshwater species found in the Upper Midwest region and beyond. Trolling, casting, jigging, drift fishing and a wealth of other popular angling methods are featured each week. In addition, Mark tells all about the hottest fishing destinations, new products, tackle refinements plus invaluable information on Fishing 411 approved guides and charter captains.

"Catching more fish boils down to having more and better information," says Romanack. "Fishing 411 holds nothing back. Our mission statement is simple. We want to share as much fishing information as possible, so others can enjoy fishing success no matter where they live or fish."

Speaking of home grown.  I really like Kim Stricker's show "Hook N Look" also.

Different perspective.  Of course a lot of it is a Strike King commercial, but, I like it none the less.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

Another on of my favorites. I usually watch (later, I record them all) Hook N Look, Fishing 411 and The Worlds Greatest Fishing Show. All home grown local boys done good ;D

I get to some of the other shows occasionally, but those are my priority. Probably my next favorite is Hunt for Big Fish.
