My buddy Sidney Reeves from Salt Lake City, (Former State Champion and BASS National Championship angler) caught this eight pound smallie on Jordanelle, Reservoir in Utah last week in a TBF tournament.

Thats a monster!!!   I think I remember a few years back Clark Wendlandt catching and 8lb smallie in a tournament as well.  I've heard through the grapevine that there is a 7 on a bed on Saginaw.  Just too busy at work to get out and look for it.
