Prayer Request

My father has been diagnosed with lung cancer this morning.  Luckily, it seems beatable. There is small cell located on his lung and has not spread anywhere yet.  Hopefully we have caught it soon enough and he gets through this. The doctors seem optimistic and say that there is a new medical treatment they are putting him on that has had a high success rate so far. Your thoughts and prayers for him as well as the rest of the family are appreciated.

Please continue to pray. He needs it more than ever now. It has moved into his liver and possibly bone. He gets a bone scan later tonight but they have ruled out his brain which is good news. Thank you to everyone for thinking of us.

My mom ( 87 ) just had surgery for breast cancer ( 3 small spots ) last Tuesday, and Friday we got word that they got it all.  So please keep the faith, as we will keep you and your family in our prayers.

Unfortunately, my father passed away Saturday morning. He died in peace at home with his family surrounding him. We weren't expecting him to make it through the weekend. He had stopped chemo therapy in December because his platelette counts were so low he couldn't receive the treatment.  So please continue to pray for our family we appreciate it.

I've been through that with my step-dad and I understand what your family has been through.  I will pray for peace that passes understanding that can only come from God for your family.  Hang in there.  Keep the memories close and you will make it through this.
