I will do you all a favor and not share the foods I have eaten will visiting Asian countries. Most don't taste like chicken though!

Oh yes! And I love Wasabi. When I lived in the Keys we would keep it on the boat just in case we got a tuna. Nothing like fresh raw, still twitching, tuna with wasabi and cold beer.

if your taking a head count i'm bringing a friend along so add two to the list, oh yea i got spinning rods, reels, casting reels, flippin rod, lots and lots of plastic (cheap) a three bank battery charger out of my basscat (i upgraded) a lowrance 350a gps w/all the cables and stuff, hummin bird sx405, portable eagle depth finder an old tackle box and two receivers with hitch balls.
