Have not been on Cass since opening day.  Has anyone been out there recently?  Any fish on beds yet?

Any new info on Cass? I have never been there. What should I expect? Water temp, clarity, structure, cover. Any info would help.

Very clear. Steep drops. Small weeds clumps in the main lake. A few bigger weed beds. Lots of open water. Smallies in a few feet to 40+ at times. Sand. Some gravel and rock.

Some dark water backwater bays and canals. A few good. Many not that good.

On real nice days, LOTS of boaters. Not as bad this time of year, but summer gets crowded.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
