What time you hitting the water Mike??  I'm sure you can fish three to your boat, but if that's the caes I'll just use mine.  I'd have an open seat if anyone else wants it. I could prolly be there fairly early, no matter if I come from home or Ludington.

At what point are you going to cancel this event due to lack of participation?  I didn't count the number of entries but I would think it is about 6 people...and 3 or 4 of us fish White all the time.  What is it going to take to get more people to sign up for this!!??

I would fish this but I have a family reunion on the 11th. I have wanted to fish White Lake for an long time, I just never seem to make it over there.

I'm not canceling. I will be there. I have quite a few prizes already too. I know more than that have told me they are fishing. I realize some of them have not posted on here yet that they are coming. I will have to remind them as I go through my notes, email and Facebook stuff. Ranger_boats_team_north (Danny - however he spells it) told me he was fishing. He may be coming with someone. I'll have to get on his case (some more).

Genie is coming. I have to check with marya again to see if she can make it yet. I will send out email tomorrow. I would like to see more people there of course, but we'll do the best we can with all the conflicts and everything else going on.

I'm including Genie and Ranger_Boats_Team_North who both told me they were fishing.

I had 19 maybe's on Facebook from my invitation and only 3 of them say they are coming so far.

I also have 2 more people who only replied on Facebook that I will confirm.

I will post a list as soon as I get a few confirmations back from some questionable entries. At that point if any of the members who said maybe on Facebook have now made up their minds, I'd appreciate knowing so. I don't want to irritate people with a bunch of updates.

i just came back from spending 4 quality days at the LAkeside Resort on White Lake. A PERFECT blend of bed and breakfast feel and rusty quiet quality cottageness. Plus there were 3 and 4 lb fish in the weedbeds off the dock. They love drop shot Nemisis purple smoke 4 inch for whatever reason. SLOW fishn is the key on White.

Docks are great after about 9 -10 am once the sun is up. Rip rap along the channel to LAke Michigan has nice fish as my wife caught a few there too. Good luck guys - cant make it, but if you can - stay at the hotel.  Quaint and hospitable.
