Need a couple volunteers for Fish-n-Friends 2011 Fundraiser

For several unfortunate reasons we were unable to pull off a Fish-n-Friends fishing day for the Crossroads for Youth school kids this year. We are doing it differently for 2011 with a three person committee and an earlier starts because we all feel bad the kids didn't get their chance to fish.

To make sure we have enough funds to cover the equipment we need to make the 2011 day (to be scheduled this spring for sometime in the early fall) a success we are running a few fundraisers. This first one should be a really good one!

From Anthongy - I need a couple volunteers to help wrap presents on Friday the 17th from 4-8 and Sat the 18th from 12 - 8 at Bass Pro Shops in Auburn Hills to raise funds for the 2011 fish-n-friends event.

If you know of anyone who would be willing to donate a few hours of their time we would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Contact Anthony if you can help. I'm going to do it if I can. Just waiting for a couple jobs to come through before I know for sure that I can work it these days.

I sure would appreciate the help and I KNOW the kids will appreciate it.

Mike - you're the best. Can you PM me the times you can help and I can pass it on to Anthony if you like? Thanks! Dan

I e-mailed Anthony and left a voice mail. No response yet. I'll be patient.

djkimmel

I'll be talking to him anyway. Couple questions. Need a couple more volunteers please.

And Mike, can you PM me the time you are able to help so I can continue to fill the schedule? Thanks.

I can't  - my schedule is already filled those two days. Just didn't want you to think it wasn't considered.

Thanks t-bone. If I can find three or four more people, we should be okay.

Mike, Anthony says he did not get exact times or days from you. Can you please PM or email me the times / days to the best of you ability? I still need at least two more people or kids to help out each day.
