GreatLakesBass.com will be in booth 1927 for the March 17 - 20, 2011 Ultimate Sport Show at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids Michigan.

I'll need volunteers each day to help talk to others about GreatLakesBass.com, answer questions and just tell fishing stories (I know you ALL can do that!).

See the schedule below for days and times and let me know if and when you can help out. There is free exhibitor parking and you will get an exhibitors badge to get into the show at no cost as long as you volunteer in the booth for two hours or more.

Please post if you can help including days you can't help or hours you know you can't help. There will be a volunteers only message board again we can use to share necessary specifics - THANKS. Here are the show hours:

2011 Dates & Times
Thursday, March 17   3pm - 9:30pm
Friday, March 18     11am - 9:30pm
Saturday, March 19   10am - 9pm
Sunday, March 20     10am - 5pm

Here are the time slots available for volunteer help. I'll close them as someone volunteers. We can always use a little more help to cover breaks and no shows for various reasons. If you're willing to do multiple sessions, I'll do my best to get enough coverage to allow for breaks.

I can help whenever you need someone. Just put me in if there are any openings left.
When you are in any contest you should work as if there whereto the very last minute a chance to loose it.

Not sure when spring break is. If it works out, we'll be there all 4 days, if not all weekend. Put us down for the weekend for now.

djkimmel

Okay. I hope to get a bunch of volunteers out of the great following GreatLakesBass.com now has on the west side of the state so just do what you can without too much stress and strain.

Hey Lt. Dan
I'll check with the boss, but I could be there for a good chunk of time on Thursday.

I usually get out of work early on Fri. and hit the show up early.  No reason I cant hang out for a few hours on Fri during the day. I'll let you know how long I can hang out. (I have to get a kitchen pass to stay past 3. I will apply for it this weekend :)) I would like to stay until 5.  I would also like to shop around for 30-40min though.  Just a heads up.  I'll let you know for sure.

djkimmel

That would be a big help. Just let me know when/if you get your pass.
