An important note for those who aren?t locked in to a room yet, there?s a campground across the road from the marina ? Waterways Campground ? that also has a ramp on the river.

I?ve confirmed with tournament director Anthony Wright that you can launch anywhere as long as you go through boat check, so this would be real convenient for someone who wants to stay real close. The campground ramp is only 300 feet down river from our official marina (I?ve got reservations there myself). Owner Ron Ramsey has about 19 campsites left. Additionally, registered campers can dock their boat at his docks with electricity for only $5 a night.

$26 water/electric sites per night - 50 total sites
$5 dockage includes electricity if staying at campground

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
